We provide valuation analysis to companies to help them decide
how to negotiate with investors. Valuation in private equity is more challenging because companies often lack audited financial statements and data for comparable analysis
is often not available. However, we have collected more data on private companies than most of our competitors. Therefore we are able to perform analysis that others cannot
do because they don't have the information. An example of valuation we can perform is shown in the table to the right.
