Private Equity Stock Evaluation is the US version of the Private Equity Stock Exchange. The name is different for US resident because of SEC rules governing the use of the term exchange. The US operation is currently operated by New York Private Equity (NYPE). NYPE has offices in mid-town and down-town New York City.
